古ぼけた骨董屋の片隅で、犬神さまは囁きました。
埃をかぶり、錆びたゼンマイを軋ませるその姿は、 とてもじゃないけど「なんでも」なんて、できそうにはありません。
戸惑うぼくを尻目に、犬神さまはするりとぼくの鞄に潜り込むと、
「さあ、行こう！」
そう言って、真っ黒な瞳を嬉しそうに輝かせたのです。
